If you are not satisfied with a class/the expertise you’ve received by an Xpert, you have the ability to Dispute Class. Within the review options provided to you upon the class completion, there is an option to file a dispute. The dispute must include your reasoning, must be done within 24hrs, and cost USD$15.
The Xpert will receive a message about the dispute and be given the option to either Agree or Decline the dispute.
If Xpert Agrees, you will receive a full class refund and be refunded the dispute fee, within a few hours.
If Xpert Declines, the dispute will be sent to Zeqr Dispute Team who will review the dispute and make a final decision on wether your dispute is Approved or Declined.
If Approved, you will receive a full class refund and be refunded the dispute fee, within a few hours.
If Declined, you will receive no refund.
Note! Its important that you dispute class within 24 hrs of class completion and you must choose to dispute class before you review it.
